Kennedy-Kenrick's 2012 Spring Carnival

This past Wednesday, April 18th, 2012, kicked off the Norristown Bicentennial Carnival. The carnival was held at the Kennedy-Kenrick High School grounds from April 18th to April 21st. There were games, rides, games of chance, food, and a dunk tank.

“The goal of the carnival is to provide fun activities for children to celebrate Norristown’s 200 years,” said Councilwoman Cathy Lawrence, the Bicentennial Committee chairwoman, “and raise money for the upcoming bicentennial events from May to September.”
