How to Enter:

Participants must come into a Conicelli Dealership (Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken, Conicelli Honda, Conicelli Nissan, Conicelli Hyundai or Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, Conicelli Body Shop) and pick up a "I Spy Mr. Nice Guy" magnet.

How to Play:

The participants will put the "I Spy Mr. Nice Guy" magnet on the back of their vehicle. If they are spied by a Conicelli Management team member, they will be contacted either in person or by phone. If you are spied, you will win a $20 gift card and automatically be entered in to win the "I Spy Mr. Nice Guy" Cash for the Holidays Contest.

Prize:

The Grand Prize winner will receive a $1000 American Express Gift Card, 2nd Place prize is a $350 American Express Gift Card and 3rd Place prize is a $150 American Express Gift Card.

Contest Time Frame: September 17 - November 30, 2011

Employees of the Company, the Company's advertising agency, and its employees and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws", or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

The Grand Prize drawing will take place on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Conicelli Hyundai Showroom.  Registration begins at 7:00 pm and the drawing will start promptly at 7:30 pm. Must be present to win. Entrants will choose a gift box, the individuals who open the gift box with the $1000 gift card notice, or $350 gift card notice or $150 gift card notice, will be the Grand Prize winner, 2nd Place winner and 3rd place winner.  Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
