Conicelli Autoplex donation helps support local students advance technological literacy

The Conicelli family and Conicelli Autoplex are proud to have helped sponsor the Technology Student Association (TSA), a group of students from Colonial Middle School and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. The organization focuses on topics in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, the "STEM" subjects seen as fundamental to modern educational advancement. The organization participates in local, state, and national conferences in technology related areas.

The TSA group recently competed in the Region 5 competition held February 23, 2013 at Strayer Middle School in Quakertown; Colonial Middle School qualified 24 members and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School qualified 22 members for the state competition. They will be competing at the Pennsylvania State TSA competition to be held April 18-21, 2013 at Seven Springs Conference Center. All students who place at the state competition will have a chance to compete at the National competition in Orlando, Fla. from June 21-25, 2013.

More information about the TSA program can be found at the state and national websites.
