Scion's Pure Pricing Strategy Makes Purchasing a Car Easy

Scion's goal from the start was to change the conventions of the auto industry. They set out to create an affordable, unique & sophisticated vehicle. To create a new environment for people to purchase a car in - the kind of place where you're not sold a car, but rather where you would go to buy a car. Simple, straightforward & convenient - that's Pure Price.
Experience Scion's whole new culture that is changing the way people buy cars. "Pure Price" demonstrates Scion's respect for your time and eliminates the headache of negotiating with a salesperson.  This makes the car buying procees very easy!
Scion's "Pure Price" policy means that the price you pay at the dealership for all Scion products and services equals the posted and advertised price, on price menus that are clearly posted in the Conicelli Scion showroom.

Top 3 Finalist for the World Car of the Year and World Green Car Awards Include Two Vechicles at Conicelli Autoplex

The winners will be declared at the New York International Auto Show on Thursday, April 1, 2010.
The top three contenders for the overall 2010 World Car of the Year title were narrowed down from an initial entry list of thirty new vehicles from all over the world, then a short list of ten finalists. The 2010 Toyota Prius is in the top three.
Vehicles are selected and voted on by an international jury panel comprised of fifty-nine top-level automotive journalists from twenty-five countries around the world. Each juror was appointed by the World Car Steering Committee on the basis of his or her expertise, experience, credibility, and influence. Each juror typically drives and evaluates new vehicles on a regular basis as part of their professional work. All hold significant stature within their own regions and countries. For more details about jurors, and their outlets, please visit http://www.wcoty.com/ and choose "Juror Details".
The World Green Car award is presented by Bridgestone Corporation (Japan) who announced their sponsorship earlier this year. Bridgestone produces the environmentally friendly "Ecopia" tire brand, among others.
The fifty-nine member jury included among the top three finalists for the 2010 World Green Car award the Honda Insight, and the Toyota Prius.
Now in their seventh year, the annual World Car awards have become one of the world's most prestigious, credible and significant programs of its kind.

Upcoming 2012 Hyundai Veloster Replaces Tiburon

Allow me to reintroduce the 2012 Hyundai Veloster, or maybe more accurately, the next Tiburon. This new up and coming front wheel drive Hyundai will put out 1.6-liter 4 cylinder with 140 hp in its standard trim and a turbocharged 175-190 hp Veloster as well.
We should expect Hyundai’s new hatch to arrive in the summer of 2011 as a 2012 model. John Krafcik, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Corp, said in a recent interview “It won't be like anything out there before in the small car segment. Smaller, in fact, than the Kia Forte Koupe. It's Accent-sized. It'll be a little car you can take out and wring its neck and still get good mileage. Fun and economical, with a great power-to-weight ratio."
You can download Veloster wallpaper images by clicking here.

Check Out Scikotics: Your Friendly Neighborhood Scion Club

Scikotics (a variation of ‘Psychotics’, pronounced ’sigh-kaw-tiks’) is a Scion owners club. It was started in March of 2005 in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Scion enthusiasts in the area. Thanks to Scion Life web forums and the dedicated work of early members, from August of 2005 to March of 2006, there were 11 more chapters created across the U.S.
Scikotics now has over 70 chapters stretching across the United States, and is the largest non-profit Scion owners club in the world.
An important aspect of Scikotics that most other national car clubs lack is a shared message board. All of the chapters have their own area to post local events and have conversations, but there are many common areas for members to chat about anything, whether it is Scion related or not. Please click here to check out Scikotics website.
Conicelli Scion of Conshohocken and Springfield each hosted a Scion event last March called the “Conicelli Scion Spring Show Down”. There were all kinds of awards given for the different types of Scion vehicles.
The proud owners of the Scions that entered in the contest brought their families along for the live entertainment, WYSP Radio Station, and a bunch of other fun activities for the kids.
If you are interested in getting involved with Scikotics, please email Steve Steiner, Scikotics President, at ntwrkguru@gmail.com.

Nova Survives OT Scare Against Robert Morris in the First Round of the NCAA March Madness Tournament!!!

Can you believe what you just saw!!!  I feel like my heart is about to jump out of my chest and it's only the first round of the NCAA March Madness Tournament.  Nova was trailing by Robert Morris (Bobby Mo) the entire game.  Nova finally got enough points to get them into overtime.  The game came down to the last second to allow Nova to beat this fifteenth seed team by three making the final score 73-70.
Nova has to step up their game to make it out of the Sweet Sixteen against Baylor.  Coach Jay Wright benched Reynolds, his senior star, to make a "minor teaching point."  Reynolds missed 13 of 15 shots from the floor, but he made up for it with seven of eight free throws in the final 3:06 of regulation to send the game into overtime.
Check out one of the best matchups of the day at 3:45pm when Richmond faces St. Mary's.  The winner of this game will play Villanova in the second round of this tournament!
Please leave comments below and let us know what you think about the Nova/Robert Morris!

Check Out How Honda Creates Man's Best Friend's Best Friend

Honda has hardly changed their production of the Honda Element in its seven years of its life cycle. After unveiling it as a "concept" at the 2009 New York Auto Show, the Dog Friendly Honda Element accessory package has made the transition to production. The theory is that if you're a dog lover, you might consider buying an Element geared specifically toward those needs.
There are "Travel Dog" accessories that drivers can purchase for each car. It features a built-in bed in the cargo area, a private electric cooling fan, a spill-proof water bowl and a mesh net to keep animals separated from people. Rubber floor mats are embellished with a dog-bone design.

Honda has a Japanese “Honda Dog” website that is loaded with information about transporting your canine in just about every Honda vehicle. If that isn’t crazy enough, Japan has a dedicated “Vamos Travel Dog” model which is specifically geared towards people that travel with their pet frequently.
